Mazda MX6 California Emission Requirements

I will be moving to CA soon with my 1994 Mazda MX6. I would like to know what the current passing levels (cutscores) are for the CA emissions test requirement. That will assist me to know if my car will be able to pass the emissions test. Thank you.
