Can I Get My Car Smog Checked in Plumas County?

My car is registered in Oakland, CA 94605, Alameda County. I want to know if I can get it smog tested in Plumas County 95971? I won't be coming to Oakland for a few weeks and need a smog check in order to renew my car's registration. Thanks!

If you need a smog check for the purpose of vehicle registration renewal and you received your vehicle's renewal notice, check the notice for the smog check requirement. If the notice mentions "STAR smog inspection required", you must visit only a STAR certified smog check station.
