Do You Require a Smog Test For My 1972 Rolls Royce?

I may be moving to California this year. Do you require a smog test for my 1972 Rolls Royce? Not sure which city will be home in CA as of yet. Thanks in advance.

No, currently a 1972 model year vehicle is not required to be smog checked in California, not during initial California registration nor every two years thereafter; as is standard for gasoline powered vehicle model years 1976 and newer.
