Mazda B3000 Need Help with Smog Check Repairs

I believe my truck was registered in California in or around 1997-2006. If it was, would I be eligible for help getting assistance with smog repair? I just recently moved from Oregon back to CA. Thank you.

Answer:

Vehicles eligible for California repair assistance must have been registered in California for two consecutive years preceding the current registration expiration date and the registration must not have lapsed for more than 120 days during those two years. Based on your description of your Mazda's registration history it seems it is currently ineligible for repair assistance and/or vehicle retirement. posted by SmogTips Support
