LA County vs San Bernardino County smog check. Are they different?

Can a car which is registered in LA county be smog tested in San Bernardino county? If so, does it cost more? Thanks.

Depending on where in San Bernardino County you plan on getting your smog check will matter. 100% LA County falls under the "Enhanced" smog check program. Only 90% off San Bernardino falls under the "Enhanced" smog program. The less populated areas within San Bernardino County, such as Barstow, Twin Peaks, and Yucca Valley, fall under the "Basic" smog program.
