Is the Fitch Fuel Catalyst legal for use in California?

I want to know if I use a fitch fuel catalyst will I fail the California smog check. I own a 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I am thinking about installing a fitch fuel catalyst and I would like to know if my vehicle would still pass the smog test. Thank you for any help you can provide.
Answer:

We were unable to locate an Executive Order number for the Fitch Fuel Catalyst. Fuel upgrade components must be sold legally in California and posses an EO number. EO stands for Executive Order. This is the number given to the product by the California Air Resources Board certifying that it is emissions legal. You will have to present this number to the smog station where your vehicle is being smog checked in order for your vehicle to pass the visual inspection portion of the smog check.

Here is a Link to the California Air Resources Board's Aftermarket Emissions Parts Lookup tool.
