I got a 1981 chevy 4x4 as a gift to fix up but it is missing 80% of the smog equipment. Were can i go to find parts. is there a certian amount of money you have to put out before the state will alow you to pass?

You will only need to install the emissions components required for your particular engine emissions specifications.
