Will my 2001 Honda Civic pass the if the evaporative monitor is not ready?

Can my Honda Civic pass the smog check if everything is ready except evaporative system not ready?

Answer:

So long as the EVAP monitor is the ONLY monitor not complete, yes your car can pass the smog check. 2001 model and newer cars are only allowed one incomplete monitor. The rest of the monitors have to be complete in order to pass the functional portion of the smog test. posted by SmogTips Support
