1991 Honda Accord 2.2L - Failing Smog Check in HC, CO and NOx.

My 1991 honda accord failed smog test. I'v already replaced spark plugs, distributor cap, Oil change & filter, timing adjusted, pipe & muffler, and ignition lock cylinder. Answer:

You'll need to have a smog check repair station diagnose your Honda Accord's smog check failure. This car can fail the smog test for many reasons. In this particular case you have high emissions in all three tailpipe emission test categories.

They may all be related to one problem, such as a defective CAT, or your Honda might have several faults causing high emissions. We can only suggest getting a hands-on smog check failure diagnosis.
