1976 Chevy Blazer 49-state Federal Emissions Cutscores

What is the smog check pass range for the emissions on my 1976 Blazer with 49-state Federal emissions?

My 1976 Blazer requires PVC, ACL, and SPK. What exactly is checked for(CO2, HC, NOx, etc) and what is the maximum and minimum tailpipe emissions for my Blazer?
