Will my 2009 Corvette From Texas Pass the California smog inspection?

My corvette is a 2009 with a cold air intake, headers, cam, and high flow cats. Will it pass the smog inspection? I also have a 2013 Chevy Equinox with only a K&N air filter in it, will it pass?
Answer:

Your Chevy Corvette may very well pass the emissions portion of California's smog inspection however it might fail the visual portion if the aftermarket performance products you've installed do not possess a California Air Resources Board Executive Order (EO)number. All California legal aftermarket emission parts must be approved by ARB for legal street use. The EO number indicates the component has been approved by ARB. Your Chevy Equinox will not have a problem if the only modification is the air filter alone (not the air cleaner housing). If the housing and filter have both been changed, you'll need an EO number for the housing also.
