I am wonder if my Toyota Camry is still under any emissions warranty for the catalytic converter; either Federal or California. I didn't pass through smog test.
Answer:
Your 2006 Toyota Camry is no longer covered under either Federal or California emissions warranty. Defective emission components, including the catalytic converter, will need to be paid for by you. Federal Emissions warrant covers emission components a maximum of 8 years or 80,000 miles. The California Emissions warrant covers emissions components a maximum of 7 years or 70,000 miles.
