SRS, ABS, TRC Lights Are On But I Need to Smog

My vehicle's SRS, ABS, TRC lights are on and I need a smog check. Will it pass the smog test still with those light on?

Answer:

The SRS, ABS, and TRC lights being on will not affect your car's smog check results. The smog inspection does not test a vehicle's SRS safety restraint system, ABS anti-lock braking system or anti-skid braking system, or TRC traction control system. A vehicle can pass the smog check with these lights on. The only light to make sure is not illuminated during the smog check is the check engine light or MIL malfunction indicator lamp.
