Volvo 940 Turbo 1993 ABS light on. Will my Volvo fail smog check?

The ABS dash light is on on my Volvo 940 Turbo. Is this cause for smog test failure?

No, the ABS light will not affect passing or failing the California smog inspection. Unless the ABS light being ON or illuminated posses a safety concern for the smog technician during the dynamometer portion (this where the smog technician drives your Volvo on the dynamometer at 15mph and 25mph) of the smog check your Volvo 940 can pass the smog check with the ABS light on. posted by SmogTips Support
