Can't Find Replacement EVAP Solenoid for Isuzu Trooper

Can I get a waiver for the smog test if the parts required for my Tropper's evaporator solenoid and switch can not be found? My Isuzu is failing the smog inspection for trouble code P0446. I know the problem is with the EVAP solenoid but I can find a new one anywhere. Thanks.

We recommend contacting the State Smog Check Referee's Office. They have a hard-to-find emission parts service which might be able to locate an EVAP solenoid for your Isuzu Trooper. If they are unable to help you, you may be able to seek a one-time two year smog check waiver. We encourage you to call them at (800) 622-7733. posted by SmogTips Support
