My 1990 Honda Accord failed several times the smog test,I already changed the smog oxygen sensor, distributor cap and rotor, catalytic converter, spark plugs and sparkplug wires, oil and oil filter, pcv and still not passing. What I can do? Answer:
Without knowing the emission numbers your 1990 Honda Accord produced there's
no way for us to point you in the right direction. Your question would be
best answered by one of our smog technicians via our online VIR diagnosis
support. Click and paste the following link in your browser:

On our blank VIR form enter your 1990 Honda Accord's smog check test results
(HC, CO, and NO amounts are needed) as well as the pass or fail results of
all emissions components. The information will allow our smog technicians to
get a good overall picture of your Honda's engine performance in terms of
the smog inspection. We will then be able to give you an idea of where to
continue your diagnosis. SmogTips.com VIR diagnosis is free if your smog
check was done at one of our member smog stations.
