Can I Get a Smog Check if the OBD2 Plug is Broken Off?

I am due to get smogged by the end of the month. My OBD-II port is completely broken off. I am having trouble finding the right part and replacing it so I can get my smog test done. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Answer:

Your vehicle can not receive a smog check inspection if its OBD-II Date Link Connector (DLC) is broken or inaccessible. The DLC must be functioning, it doesn't need to be housed in its original case or framework, but it but have the ability to accept a male DLC plug and allow for the transfer of data (electrical current) via its 16 pins.

If you can locate the Data Link Connector and find a way to DIY it to where it will accept the DLC plug from the smog check machine, a smog technician should be able to continue with administering the smog check. Unlike an emission component under the hood, the DLC need not be structurally perfect. As long as its able to connect to the smog machine, you should be fine with getting the vehicle smogged.
