Toyota Tacoma Out of State Needs Smog Check

I am out of state with my California car and I need a smog certificate. What am I to do? I have paid the DMV licensing fee.

We recommend using www.NeedTags.com to file an Out of State Smog Check Exemption (REG 5103). You can email them the REG 5103 form (as opposed to snail mailing it to the DMV) and they'll do the rest.
