Failed Smog Test
> Question
I have a 1989 Dodge Dakota V6 and I have failed Smog testing.
I have not registered it since 2007 because it could never pass smog. Can I still apply for BuyBack?
Answer:
Unfortunately the BAR requires that a vehicle have been registered continuously for the last two years and have no late or unpaid registration fees.
