1999 Chevrolet Beretta - Low Coolant Light Stays on.
I have 1999 Chevrolet Beretta. A light that stays on all the time is says Low Coolant ... it also doesn't have a ignition. Can this car be smog checked? Or if yes, will it pass the smog test?
Answer:
The Low Coolant light will not effect your Chevrolet's smog check results. The emission inspection does not test for the Low Coolant light, however we recommend making sure your car's coolant level is not low during the smog check. Low coolant may lead to overheating; which will cause your Chevrolet Beretta to produce high NOx emissions.
