Chevy Tracker failed emission test. What can i do to pass it?

My 2003 Chevy Tracker failed the smog check. What do I do to pass a smog test after having failed the reading where to high at 15 miles per hour ppm on the asm emission test is high. How do I fix it so I pass?

At this point there will be not telling on what can be done to pass the smog check or how much it would cause to fix it.
