1998 Ford Crown Victoria failed smog test. can I get a retest?

I have ford crown victoria 1998. If it fails the emission test three time, can I go anymore for retest. If yes, how much do I need to pay the smog station?
Answer:

It depends on the smog station where you had your Ford Crown Victoria smog checked. Smog stations are independently owned and set their own prices and retest price policies.
