1984 Nissan 300 ZX Turbo Failed for high NOx

2 years ago I have the Catalytic Converter replaced . One year ago the oxygen sensor was replaced. It needs an oil change, the vacuum lines might be leaking and the radiator needs replacement. I'm wondering if ther EGR valve could be the problem or the intake air flow sensor.
