Out of State 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor

This vehicle has a sticker that states not for sale in states with California emissions standards. This car is like new with 900 miles on it. What needs to be done to make this vehicle legal to register in CA? Please advise. Thank you.

Your 2011 Ford Crown Victoria although low mileage, is considered a used vehicle, and as far as California is concerned can be register and smog checked here without any additional emissions components except that which it was shipped with from the factory.
