1996 Lincoln MK VIII Trouble Code P0443 Voltage Reading

What voltage levels should I see on pcm driver ground circuit during vapor purge valve operation [on] [off] on my Lincoln Mark VIII?

Answer:

Our resources indicate with the PCM disconnected you should see battery voltage on the driver ground circuit during vapor purge valve. You should also see 0.1 - 0.8 amps between the EVAP canister vent valve control circuit and the PCM harness connector and ground.

We recommend referring to your vehicle's specific repair / service manual for accurate EVAP system repair and testing procedures. Testing the PCM improperly may result in its failure.
