My 2007 VW Rabbit Needs Help Passing Smog

I just bought this Volkswagen Rabbit at a shady dealership a year ago and already it requires another smog check. I paid registration fees and now the smog station says I'm not passing the smog test due to a bad intake temperature sensor which costs 285.00 and has to be ordered. I need a new oil dip stick also because it wobbles, plus he said it needs an emissions label which is missing under the hood.

I'm perm disabled and get paid once a month. I can't be without my vehicle or driving without tags. The emission sticker is $77.00, the dipstick is $26.00.  I'm having surgery soon and I'm panicking. I need the car tested passed and my current tags asap. Can you please help me?

Answer:

We recommed you apply for California CAP Repair Program. The CAP program will pay up to $500 in smog check related repairs. Plus once you apply and get accepted, the DMV can you give a free temporary 60 day registration permit.
