Getting a 2nd 30 Day Temporary Operating Permit for Ford Expedition

If my 2000 Ford Expedition did not pass the smog test and I'm already on a 30 day temporary operating permit from the DMV, if I go in and show the DMV that my vehicle failed the smog check will they give me another 30 day extension?

You'll need to check with the DMV. We recommend asking for a supervisor. Issuing Temporary Operating Permits requires a DMV office manager authorization. TOPs are usually issued only once. If you have a circumstance which warrants receipt of a second TOP you may be able to have the office manager authorize the issuance of one.
