1983 Mercedes 300D Diesel. Can I apply for Buy Back Program?

1983 Mercedes 300D. Can a diesel vehicle apply for the buyback program. My diesel smokes bad but does not require smog check at this time.

New rules allow you to retire your vehicle at any time for any reason, and this applies to your 1983 Mercedes Benz 300 Diesel as well.
