1994 Jeep Sport Failed Smog Test with new Catalytic Converter

I have had two different catalytic converters installed and my Jeep Sport still fails the smog test. Is there an exemption for cars that WILL NOT pass the test no matter what my mechanic does?

Unfortunately there is no option for an smog test exemption for you Jeep. I'd encourage you to have an expert smog check repair station accurately diagnose your Jeep's smog inspection failure.
