2005 Salvage Toyota Avalon Salvage Title

I've very low on money. Barely surviving. I just realized my car needs to be smogged & registrated now! I get cheated allot because I'm an older woman, alone. If my car is a 2003 salvaged title, Toyota Avalon XLS, can I be eligible for government help as Im on Food Stamps & low income utilities reduced pricing. Would the salvaged title disqualify me from eligibility for assistance if I fail the test? I have to find a place I can trust fast and am nervous about failing or being cheated. Hoping you can help!

Your Toyota Avalon will be eligible for Smog Check Repair Assistance with the CAP program. Having a salvage title will not disqualify you from government assistance. posted by SmogTips Support
