2003 Lincoln LS - Check Engine Light is still on after repairs.

The check engine light on my 2003 Lincoln LS is still on after the repairs have been made. The car needs a smog check in order to be registered. What can I do?

Unfortunately there isn't much choice at this point except to find a smog check repair station which can perform repairs properly and ensure your Lincoln LS's Check Engine light is reset (turned off) and stay off. There is no reason for the Check Engine light to illuminate or re-illuminate if the required repairs are conducting properly. posted by SmogTips Support
