Emission Application Guide - Where can I find a listing of required smog equipment by make model and year?

Where can I find a listing of required smog equipment by make model and year? Like they have at the smog stations? Why doesn't California have it online? Because that listing is as good as the law, and when it's WRONG (I've seen the books disagree with each other) we the consumer get the shaft. So where can I find this information? Spent two hours on google and couldn't find it.

Motor Information Systems prints the book. Mitchell used to make a version as well. You won't find it online anywhere. Fact is these books cost upwards of $100.00 dollars. posted by SmogTips Support
