Vehicle Retirement for 1995 Buick Park Avenue

Next year's registration renewal is when I'll have to do smog check, however I was wondering if I can do smog now and try to retire the car. Is that possible?

Good news! You can apply for vehicle retirement right now. You do not need to fail a smog check nor wait for the registration renewal process. Begin January 2011 the BAR began accepting vehicle retirements for any reason and at any time. posted by SmogTips Support
