Buying a 1970 Chevy C10 from out of state.

My question is...if I buy an older truck (1975 or older) from Texas and bring it to Califonia, would I need to have it smoged?

1975 & older vehicles do not require smog checks in California. You will only need proof of insurance and Texas title to register your 1970 Chevy C10 in California. posted by SmogTips Support
